  • ICCT is based at Wheaton Collge and is designed to "equip Christians to meet some of the principal challenges of cross-cultural ministry", focusing onskills for learning a new language and practical help for those who work with on-field language and culture learners.

  • User-friendly site for learning languages, including useful tips and links to many on-line materials

  • I like their "good practice guide" a collection of essays on various aspects of LL

Omniglot - http://www.omniglot.com/
  • "The aim of Omniglot is to provide a comprehensive overview of written language in all its forms. It also includes multilingual texts, tips on learning languages, a book store, some useful phrases in many different languages, and a ever-growing collection of links to language-related resources."
